WILSONART® ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HIGH PRESSURE DECORATIVE LAMINATE WARRANTY
Wilsonart International warrants that, under normal use and service, the material and workmanship of its products shall conform to the standards set forth on the applicable technical data sheets for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale to the first consumer purchaser. Dealers and distributors are provided with the technical data sheets which contain specific standards of performance for the products. In the event that a Wilsonart International product does not perform as warranted, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of all or any part of the product which is defective, at the manufacturer’s sole discretion.
This warranty applies only to product:
- In its original installation; and
- Purchased by the first consumer purchaser.
This warranty is not transferable, and expires upon resale or transfer by the first consumer purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to defects or damage arising from any of the following:
- Accidents, abuse or misuse;
- Exposure to extreme temperature;
- Improper fabrication or installation; or
- Improper maintenance.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WILSONART INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NO FABRICATOR, INSTALLER, DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF WILSONART INTERNATIONAL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MODIFY THE OBLIGATIONS OR LIMITATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Wilsonart® Solid Surface Commercial Limited Warranty
What Is Covered
Wilsonart International, Inc. (“Wilsonart”) warrants to the original purchaser from a Certified Wilsonart® Fabricator (“Original Purchaser” or
“Purchaser”) that the Wilsonart® Solid Surface sheet product, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies
only to the Wilsonart® Solid Surface sheet product which has been fabricated by a Certified Wilsonart Fabricator and permanently
installed in an interior commercial application in the U.S. or Canada and remains installed at that location. This warranty does not cover
fabrication or installation, is not transferable and is extended only to, and may only be enforced by, the Original Purchaser. It is expressly
conditioned upon submission of proof of purchase.
What Is Excluded
This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from any of the following:
- accidents, abuse or misuse
- fabrication, installation, alterations or repairs
- exposure to extreme temperature changes
- exposure to harsh or corrosive chemicals and cleaners
- excessive weight placed on countertop
- structural support or movement
- improperly installed, used and/or maintained appliances
- acts of nature
- failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with Wilsonart’s published Care and Maintenance Guidelines (see
www.wilsonartcontract.com/Technical/Care or information supplied to Wilsonart’s distributors and retailers)
What Wilsonart Will Do If Your Claim Is Covered By This Warranty
At no cost to the Original Purchaser, Wilsonart will provide, at its option, repair or replacement of the warranted product.
Repair or replacement under this warranty shall not extend the Warranty Period.
Any repair or replacement under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement with Wilsonart sheet product colors and styles, which are
available at the time of repair or replacement. If the original color or style is no longer available, Wilsonart has the right to substitute
another Wilsonart color or style of equal or greater value than the original product. Exact color matches may not be possible.
What You Need To Do
To make a claim under this warranty, you must contact the Wilsonart Warranty Center at the address listed below before the end of the
Warranty Period. You must provide proof of purchase and provide access for inspection for warranty determination. Wilsonart, a
Wilsonart Distributor or a Certified Wilsonart Fabricator will investigate, and Wilsonart will provide you a determination on your claim. For

THE FOREGOING SHALL CONSTITUTE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER AND THE EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF WILSONART.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.
WILSONART SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY
OTHER PERSON FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
DAMAGES TO, OR LOSS OF USE OF, PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING
FROM THE ORIGINAL END USER’S PURCHASE. WILSONART’S LIABILITY WILL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE
PRODUCT.
No agent, dealer, employee or representative of Wilsonart nor any installer, fabricator or other person is authorized to modify the warranty in any
respect.
The invalidity of all or a part of any of the provisions of the Limited Warranty shall not affect or invalidate any other provision of the Limited Warranty.

Wilsonart® Decorative Metals
WILSONART® DECORATIVE METALS WARRANTY
Wilsonart International, Inc. warrants that, under normal use and service, the material and workmanship of its Wilsonart® Decorative Metals shall conform to the applicable supplier or industry standards set out below, or to the standards set forth on the applicable technical data sheets for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale to the first consumer purchaser. Dealers and distributors are provided with the technical data sheets which contain specific standards of performance for the products. In the event that a Decorative Metal product does not perform as warranted, the first consumer purchaser’s sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of all or any part of the product which is defective, at the manufacturer’s sole discretion. In no instance shall the replacement cost exceed the original purchase price paid by the consumer purchaser for the Decorative Metals product. This warranty applies only to product:
- In its original installation; and
- Purchased by the first consumer purchaser.
This warranty is not transferable, does not cover horizontal applications and expires upon resale or transfer by the purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to defects or damage arising from any of the following:
- Accidents, abrasion, physical impact, abuse or misuse;
- Exposure to extreme temperature, corrosive atmospheres or precipitants;
- Improper fabrication, installation or maintenance; or
- Any damage due to delivery or after delivery of the product to the purchaser.
- Horizontal applications.

Supplier or Industry Standards for Decorative Metals for visual surface defects are as follows:
- Visual Surface Defects – means spots, indents, stains, scratches, orange peel and/or sheet flatness. These defects must not be easily detected when inspected using established viewing conditions.
- Established viewing conditions shall be from a distance of 6.6 feet with an indirect illumination intensity of 400 lux. The viewing area is 4 square feet.
- Visual surface defects are measured according to T.A.P.P.I. Dirt Charts T-213 and T-437. A visual defect means spots, indents, etc. that are no larger than .77mm(2) within 4 square feet, or 2 defects no larger than .34mm(2) within 4 square feet. Further the visual defect should be at least 12” apart.
Wilsonart® Custom Edges
WILSONART® CUSTOM EDGES WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Wilsonart International warrants that, under normal use and service, Wilsonart Custom Edge moldings shall not delaminate from the substrate of the molding for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser. In the event that the product does not perform as warranted, the first consumer's sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of all or any part of the product which is defective, at the manufacturer's sole discretion.
This warranty applies only to product
- in its original installation; and
- purchased by the first consumer purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to defects or damages arising from any of the following:
- Accidents, abuse or misuse;
- Exposure to extreme temperature;
- Improper fabrication or installation; or
- Improper maintenance.
